Xerox Corp (NYSE:XRX) has once again been named as the top Business Process Services (BPS) provider of the year by research firm Everest Group in its annual BPS Top 50 list.
Similarly, the company has also been named as the top Human Resources (HR) Operations-as-a-Service (HRaaS) provider of the year by analyst firm HfS Research in its annual Blueprint Report.
Top BPS Provider

The BPS providers that make the coveted list and their rankings are determined using their revenues during the previous year along with the firm’s proprietary databases.
