Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE:VG) Expands Partnership With Incontact For Cloud Business

In a service improving deal, cloud solutions company Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE:VG) have entered into a partnership with inContact to further improve their cloud solution services. The announcement of the partnership details that the improvement would feature a combination of Vonage’s UCaaS cloud solutions, Quality of Service (QoS) via its nationwide MPLS network and SD-WAN solution, SmartWAN and inContact’s industry-leading contact centre technology which would generate better result for clients.

Chief Product Officer for Vonage, Omar Javaid in announcing the improved arrangement said “We’ve had a long-standing relationship with inContact, partnering to help provide our customers with a quality contact center solution”. He also went further to state that the two companies would combine their potencies to give clients a seamless communications solution. He also explained that the increased partnership would allow the company move into residential type environments which has been considered an untapped market for quite some time.

The combination of Vonage’s Advanced Contact Center, powered by inContact, utilizing Vonage’s robust cloud communications platform and inContact Customer Interaction Cloud would necessitate an enhanced client experience for the company’s cloud users. This combination would also save cost for Vonage and would make the company the go to place for enterprises with a centralized or dispersed contact center team.

InContact is regarded as an industry leader in the field of cloud contact center solutions and has been rated highly by five major analyst firms. The company provides a unified suite of Omni-channel routing facilitated by its Customer Interaction Cloud to generate amazing customer experience.

One company that seems to be delighted with the news of the partnership is MedXM. The company’s CEO Sy Zahedi speaking about the partnership explained that since it moved its customer database to a cloud based technology its major concern has been to partner with a company that improves the resources capabilities provided by the company. He further explained that the recent partnership has improved the services it also provides for its own company.
