MeetMe Inc (NASDAQ:MEET) Closes The If (We) Acquisition As It Kick-Starts The Rebranding Of The Meet Group

MeetMe Inc (NASDAQ:MEET) ,one of the industry leaders in the mobile meeting space has gladly announced its ownership of Ifwe Inc, which is of course a social and mobile technology provider.

From a statement made by one of the company’s top executives, it was clear to see that indeed MeetMe Inc was quite optimistic about the fact that the recent acquisition would go far and wide in helping strengthen the company’s ability to take to another level the shareholder value. The provider looks forward too expand its global portfolio of the branded meeting apps for purposes of meeting new people.

Some of the inside sources have outlined that the if(we) acquisition is hoped to bring about almost $9 million of adjusted EBITDA in the initial 12 months post-close and still move ahead to empower the combined company with an itinerary for generating $150 million in annual revenues as well as the $50 million of the adjusted EBITDA.

According to the company’s top official, the provider is boasting of its growing portfolio which is working well in uniting all its brands with the main of meeting the global need for human connection.

The company has risen up the ranks and at the moment it is no longer the MeetMe, Inc running just one app but a worldwide portfolio of the mobile meeting apps that simplify technological operations for an expansive base of users.
