Medical Transcription Billing Corp (NASDAQ:MTBC) has announced its joint venture with Healthcare Compliance Network to provide free webinar series on the critical implications of healthcare transformation in the U.S.
The partnership contract which was formerly announced on April 25, 2017, will comprise the cross-marketing and synchronization of the service offerings between the two firms. The union will help the two firms to enhance their presence in the market as they coordinate their marketing endeavors and focus on improving each other’s products and services to offer value addition to their customers.
According to Wiks Moffat, the Principal of Healthcare Compliance Network, the contract brings great synergies to their respective and relevant service offerings and they are eager to work together with MTBC, which is devoted to compliance and is a chief provider of mHealth and other cloud-based health solutions.
The healthcare reforms empower the service providers with exceptional opportunities to increase their practices in their healthcare service provisions. The two firms are looking forward to enlightening the healthcare providers on the various implications of the latest healthcare transformations, so as to ensure the practitioners have the required guidance in making great strategic business goals.
According to Moffat, the alterations in the healthcare convey new compliance fulfillment challenges. Hence the practices will address these considerations the moment the healthcare providers comprehend the new compliance requirements. The Healthcare new development webinar series will be co-hosted by officials from both companies; Moffat from healthcare Compliance Network together with Shruti Patel, the General Counsel of MTBC and a Licensed Attorney, and Karl Johnson, the Sales and Marketing, MBTC SVP, who have been guiding the hospitals and clinics on the fluctuating health care practices and their significance.
