This year witnessed Enphase IQ Microinverters obtain UL1741SA certification which means it complies with the California Rule 21.It is a rule that calls for more advanced grid functionality.
There is now more hope that the Enphase energy storage project applications will be moving at a faster pace through the permitting process. This follows the move by the Hawaiian Electric Co.’s Department of Planning and Permitting approval of the integration process.
