The other interesting thing along the same line is the fact that it has also been selected as Jive Digital Transformation Award winners and that happened in the course of this week at the JiveWoprld17.
In the previous year, Viavi was according to sources able to fully implement a Jive Interactive Intranet all its employees nit forgetting the establishment of a Jive-powered external community for partners and it goes without saying that the latest steps are for the best.
Recently, Viavi made a major step forward after it succeeded at successfully expanding its use of Jive’s collaboration hub and the promise at the moment is that it may soon be able to achieve much more in terms of improving customer loyalty and retention. That will of course be possible through the more advanced online service as well as through the support leveraging the Jive Customer Community solution.
